365日ある中で、母とMさんが同じ誕生日だなんて！おまけに呼び名も！
もし、Mさんが良い人でアルさんのことをちゃんと想っている人だったら、きっとアルさんは私に恋愛相談なんてしなかったでしょう。
そうなると、アルさんと私はただの仕事仲間ですぐに仲良くなっていなかったのかも…。
色々なつながりがあって、アルさんとの仲があるんだなぁと、改めて実感です！

If M-san was kind and keep in touch with Alu-san, Alu-san would not tell about his love story to me. He and I would not be good friends, just work-friends.
I realized once again that I have a relationship with Al-san by various connections/fates.
